It’s preferred but not required. As long as we have access and clear instructions, we can complete the installation without you being there.

We accept cash, credit cards, Affirm, Klarna, Venmo and secure online payments through our website.
Can customers include their address number or last name on the mailbox?
Yes! Customers may customize their mailbox with their house number, last name or logo.

We offer standard, large and oversized mailboxes.

What if you don’t see a mailbox design that you like on our website?
We are open to new designs! Email us an inspiration photo or sketch and we’ll collaborate on your dream mailbox.
What if you need to make changes to your order?
Please contact us right away if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate, though changes may incur a revision fee.
Do we provide installation services?
Yes! We offer professional installation for our mailboxes in select service areas. Our team installs each mailbox securely and and according to USPS regulations. Install starts at $150.
How long does it take to build a custom mailbox?
Most custom orders are completed within 5 to 10 business days depending on the design and material availability.
